I have posted before about how buying the right battery has made my stop/start work properly every time. If you want yours to work you must use a AGM battery, mine had a new battery fitted when I picked it up from the dealer and the stop/start never worked. I went to leave work and turned the key to start the engine. My hand/grip kind of slipped on the key so I went to try again and no joy.
